Install and start VLC player. Choose File->Open network stream. Choose HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS then fill in URL any one of the mentioned addresses in order to watch in real time. FPS depends on your internet connectivity speed, the number of users, connected to the camera, the brightness (respectively exposition).
At megapixel resolution up to 10 users could watch at the same time.
